The attached applies to ALL of my templates, whether purchased individually, as part of a compilation package, or shared freely.

Regrettably, legal action has, and will, be taken again any breach of my Terms of Use. 

Terms of use

I have put MANY hours into the detail of each and every file, so that I could provide them for your purchase and use. I hope that you respect and honour this work by abiding by the following guidelines:
 
License Agreement

These images are Copyright © JennieBeanCrafts, 2007-09 (all rights reserved). By purchasing

these images you are obtaining a "license to use" these designs and are agreeing to the terms of  this user license.  No portions of the patterns, designs, projects or written instructions may be shared or reproduced in any form without written permission.  You do not have permission to sell or share the design files themselves.

What you can do:

v      Please use these designs for your own personal layouts/projects/gifts/cards.

v      Please resize, and otherwise change these graphics for your own personal use.

v      Please display photos of your projects using these designs, giving credit to the designer.

v      Please submit your projects using these designs to publications, giving credit to the designer.

v      Please sell cards or gifts made from these designs, giving credit to the designer.
 
What you can NOT do:

v      Please do not change these designs in some way and claim they are your own.

v      Please do not resell or share these design in any way, either electronically or printed on paper.

v      Please do not, use these designs to produce diecuts for selling or sharing.
 
The only exception may be for charitable purposes, please contact the designer to discuss this.

Please contact the designer if you have any questions regarding commercial usage of any product.

 
Cutting Instructions

Most of the designs are included in four different formats. Please note that you have purchased the rights to these files. You can not transfer these rights to another user, even though you do not require that file type.
 
AI: for use with Illustrator, w/ Illustrator Bridge and Wishblade, Silhouette, or CraftRobo Machines. Can also be used by opening in Inkscape, and converting the file to SVG for Sure Cuts A Lot Program.

WPC: files for use with the Pazzles software, WinPCSign, and Funtime
 
GSD: GSD files for use with Wishblade, CraftRobo (Robomaster), CraftRobo Pro II, or Silhouette
 
KNK: KNK files are for use with the Klick-N-Kut Studio, Klic-N-Kut Studio GE, or KNK Studio Maxx programs
 

To use the files, simply open the appropriate program, select the file you would like to use by going to File/Open, and browsing for the folder where you saved the file. Then, browse for the file format for the software that you are using. Double click to open the file.

Please make sure you look at the cutting instructions, and note which lines are indicated as being cut dashed.  You may need to change your settings in your program or on your machine to cut the lines dashed.
